An annual conference featuring conversations with influencers, activists, and elected officials has been moved online this year.
The 2020 Texas Tribune Festival has been canceled in its in-person format and moved online, Tribune CEO Evan Smith said in an email to supporters. The annual event will now be held in a virtual format with a new ticket on sale date of June 1.
Last year’s event was featured three days of discussions, including conversations with U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, and others.
