Ronny Jackson is out with a brand new television spot, highlighting his background as a Texas native.
The new ad, titled “Panhandle” features Jackson with President Donald Trump and in the fields of West Texas, highlighting both his support by President Trump and his stated commitment to the issues the Texas Panhandle is facing.
“I grew up right here in the base of the Panhandle in a small rural farming community. I'm running for Congress because I believe I am best qualified to represent the people of Texas' 13th Congressional District. Having just come from the White House as President Trump's Senior Advisor, I am in a unique position to bring immediate results to this district and I have a strong conservative platform to advocate for important issues such as jobs, oil & gas, agriculture and defending the unborn,” Jackson said in a statement.
Jackson is in the July 14 Republican runoff for U.S. Congress in District 13, opposite former lobbyist Josh Winegarner. The winner of the runoff will advance to the November general election to face a to-be-decided Democratic opponent and Libertarian Jack B. Westbrook.
