Three incumbents on the Canyon Independent School District Board of Trustees will face challengers in the May 1 election.
According to Canyon ISD, seven candidates filed to seek four seats on the school board during the filing period. Of the four incumbents who are up for re-election, all but one will face a challenger this year.
The list of candidates will be as follows:
