According to a press release, the City of Amarillo Environmental Health Department is experiencing “software issues.”
The department is unable to process online payments and the public is unable to view online inspection results.
The press release quotes Anthony Spanel, the department’s director, as saying that “the city is working with the third-party software provider to address and resolve these issues as soon as possible.” Spanel noted that there is no timeline for when the issues will be resolved but stated that “every step is being taken.”
