Q: Why did you decide to run for this office in 2022?
A: The people of this district need a representative who cares about making this district prosperous and safe while striving to level the playing field for the hard working folks of the Texas Panhandle.
Q: If elected, what will be your top three priorities in office?
A: Making sure the rich pay the same rate as the working class in Social Security.
Infusing our district with more great paying jobs, contracts, and investment from both the public and private sectors.
Investing in the people and the community of the 13th District by making education and infrastructure a top priority.
Q: What is an issue you believe has gone overlooked in your race and how will you address it if elected?
A: Climate change. Ignoring the problem will not make it go away. Neither will denying it. Leaders should face challenges head on, not ignore them and distract with useless partisan rhetoric.
Q: Why are you the best candidate for voters to support for this position?
A: I solve problems. Politicians who use hyperbole and hysteria have nothing to offer the people. That type of behavior is a side show to a side show. Fighting for the sake of fighting is exhausting and pointless. U. S. Representatives have almost 800,000 people that they have to look out for. I don’t know how that can be done effectively when politicians are more focused on partisan power grabs and scoring political points.
