Senator Ted Cruz engaged in a Twitter war with Deadspin, last night.
The magazine tweeted out a link asking its readers to help find proof of Cruz playing basketball. Cruz then tweeted back a photo of Grayson Allen, a Duke University basketball player who has a resemblance to Cruz. Cruz captioned the tweet "What do I win?"
Deadspin then replied "Go eat s***." Cruz responded with a meme that said "Boy, that escalated quickly."
