Denise Duhamel to Host Poetry Reading at WTAMU

An award-winning poet will be coming to West Texas A&M University next month to host a poetry reading.

Denise Duhamel, award-winning poet and Guggenheim Fellow, will be on the WTAMU campus for a poetry reading on Thursday, November 2nd. Duhamel will be participating in the poetry reading, sponsored by the Distinguished Lecture Series, the Guest Artist Series, Gender Studies, and the Department of English, Philosophy, and Modern Languages.

Duhamel is the author of multiple poetry collections, including: BlowoutKa-Ching! and Queen for a Day: Selected and New Poems. Duhamel is also a creative writing and literature professor at the Florida International University.

The poetry reading will take place in the FAH Recital Hall on WTAMU's campus.
