APD Seeks to Identify Suspect in Shots Fired Case

The Amarillo Police Department is seeking the public's help in identifying a suspect in a shots fired case from July.

According to the Amarillo Police Department, officers are seeking a suspect in connection with a July 29th shooting. Officers report that the shots fired report came from a location in the 3100 block of Orange Street. When officers were en route, another call came in that a vehicle had been shot in that block. A 2006 Jeep had been shot nearly 30 times in the incident.

No houses were struck and no injuries were reported in the shooting. The suspect is described as male, wearing brown shorts and a black shirt.
