Condemnation Board to Hear Appeals for Three Structures

The Amarillo Condemnation Appeals Commission will hear the appeals for three structures that have been condemned during a meeting next week.

On Thursday, January 4th, the Condemnation Appeals Commission will hear three seperate appeals for structures that have been condemned. The structures in question are located at 1340 NW 9th Avenue, 3806 NE 12th Avenue and 1402 N. Johnson Street, respectively.

Following the hearings, the commission may choose to decide whether to uphold the condemnations for the structures.

A public forum will also be held at the conclusion of the meeting.

The meeting will begin at 4pm on Thursday, January 4th in City Council Chambers of Amarillo City Hall (509 SE 7th Avenue).
