Council OK's Four-Way Stop Sign

The Amarillo City Council approved a new four way stop sign, during their regularly scheduled meeting, yesterday.

During the meeting, the Council voted 4-0-1 to approve a new four way stop sign at the intersection of Hatfield Circle and Sandie Drive. Councilmember Randy Burkett abstained from the vote, while Mayor Paul Harpole and Council members Elisha Demerson, Lisa Blake, and Mark Nair voted to approved the policy.

Also, during the meeting, the Amarillo City Council voted to approve a consent agenda and call for a public nuisance hearing.
