Hereford native Parker Bridwell pitched a strong starting performance for MLB's Los Angeles Angels on Tuesday night.
Bridwell, a graduate of Hereford High School and native of Hereford, pitched for the start in the Angels' 8-3 performance over the New York Yankees. Bridwell made his second career start on Tuesday night and his second start of the season for the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim.
Bridwell pitched 5 innings against the Yankees and struck out three batters.
Bridwell thus far has one win for the season in two performances.
