Hereford native Parker Bridwell lost in his start against the Houston Astros on Friday night.
On Friday, Bridwell made his start for the Los Angeles Angels, looking for his eighth win of the season. Bridwell started off with a lead and gave up a run to the Astros in the third inning. "PBrid" kept the pressure on the Astros, until he gave up an extra run in the sixth inning.
This start gave Bridwell his second career loss as a starter in Major League Baseball.
