Hereford native Parker Bridwell dominated the Seattle Mariners on Sunday night, helping the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim complete the sweep over their American League West rivals.
Bridwell was dominant, pitching six innings and only giving up a single run. Bridwell struck out two Mariners batters and finished the game with a 2.88 ERA. With help from three of Los Angeles' relievers, Bridwell picked up the win for Los Angeles in a 4-2 victory over the Seattle Mariners.
This victory moves Bridwell's career total to 7-1.
