The Texas Rangers have defeated the Houston Astros in a three-game series that took place in St. Petersburg, Florida.
Houston was supposed to host the Rangers at home, but the games were moved to Florida, following the landing of Hurricane Harvey. The games were sparsely attended, but the fans in attendance held signs and banners showing their support for the people of Texas who are affected by the storms.
The Rangers won the first two games of the series, dropping the third to Houston, 1-5. According to ESPN, the Astros are expected to play at home in their next series against the New York Mets.
