Sunray city manager Rob Roach was arrested Monday on a charge of Theft of Property over $100,000 but under $200,000 by a Public Servant.
It was reported that Roach turned himself into the Carson County after a warrant was issued for his arrest. Roach was booked Monday on the felony charge.
Rob Roach has served as Sunray's city manager since 2016. Roach was previously under investigation for theft of property by a public servant between $30,000 and $150,000, shortly after being terminated from his position as city manager of Panhandle.
As of Monday afternoon, Roach has been removed from a listing of Sunray officials that is posted by the Dumas Chamber of Commerce.
