The Amarillo Police Department is seeking the public's help in finding Elisa Ochova Martinez.
According to APD, Martinez is being sought out of Potter County for Fraudulent Use or Possession of Identifying Information (Elderly Victim). Martinez was named the APD's "Fugitive of the Week" on Thursday as officers seek information on Martinez's whereabouts.
