The City of Amarillo's Environmental Task Force will be discussing recommendations for the City Council regarding recycling sites on Thursday.
On Thursday, February 1st, the board will discuss recommendations for the City Council on recycling sites in Amarillo. The discussion on the sites will focus on needed improvements and actions that the City Council can take to make the improvements feasible.
Also during the meeting, the task force will discuss a long-term recycling and conservation campaign in Amarillo. Presentations will also be made regarding various recycling ordinances and the new City of Amarillo website.
The meeting will be held at 6pm in Room 208 of the Simms Municipal Building (808 S. Buchanan) on Thursday, February 1st.
