Members of the Amarillo City Council and the Parks and Recreation Board of Directors will attend an Arbor Day event this weekend.
According to agendas posted to Amarillo.gov, quorums of both the City Council and the Parks and Rec Board may attend the Arbor Day Celebration at Olsen School Park on Friday. Officials say no official decisions will be made and no agenda items will be discussed, other than city policy that may be incidental to conversation.
The event will begin at 11AM.
