Members of the Center City Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone Board of Directors are considering signing off on a incentive package this week.
On Thursday, members of the Center City TIRZ Board will consider approving an incentive package for a project in the vicinity Southwest 10th Avenue and Harrison Street. It is not stated exactly what property the incentives would be used for, although there are a few possible properties in the area. Terms of the incentives being considered have also not been disclosed.
The Center City TIRZ Board will meet on Thursday, November 8th at 12PM in Room 306 of Amarillo City Hall (509 Southeast 7th Avenue).
