A speaker who is planning a lecture at West Texas A&M University this month, plans to educate students and attendees on the psychology of superheroes.
Dr. Travis Langley, a psychology at Henderson State University in Arkadelphia, Arkansas, will present his "Psychology of Superheroes" lecture at WTAMU on Thursday, March 29th at 6:30pm inside of the Panhandle-Plains Historical Museum in Canyon. The lecture will focus on heroism and psychology, in relation to PPHM's new "Pop Culture" exhibit.
Langley is well-known as the author of multiple books. Langley authored Batman and Psychology and is the volume editor of The Walking Dead Psychology, Star Wars Psychology, Game of Thrones Psychology and the rest of the Popular Culture Psychology series. Langley is also a regular columnist for Psychology Today and has spoken at multiple comic con events.
