Area Music Festival to Feature Major Country Stars

A music festival planned for May in Canadian will feature major country stars.

The Canadian River Music Festival will be held in Canadian on May 12th at the Jones Pavilion. The show will feature performances by some up and coming country music stars, as well as some country singers with a proven track records that spans decades.

Attendees will be welcomed at 12pm by the Dixon Creek Band and will experience performances from Zac Wilkerson, Grady Spencer & The Work, Charley Crockett and Josh Weathers, before leading up the two headliners of the festival. 1990's country star Mark Chesnutt will play the show at 7:30pm, followed by the Turnpike Troubadours.

Tickets for the festival are on sale Sunday, April 1st for $30 each. Tickets are available from http://www.canadianrivermusicfestival.com/.
