If you want to name the new baseball team that will play in Amarillo next year, your time is running out.
As we previously reported, Elmore Sports Group, owner of the Amarillo Pro Baseball franchise that is expected to move to Amarillo by April of 2019, is seeking names for the team. Amarillo residents are encouraged to enter names and the person who chooses the winning name will be eligible to win a prize package, which includes season tickets for the team's first season in Amarillo.
If you would like to enter your name, you may do so until Friday, May 4th.
