Bluegrass and country music legend Ricky Skaggs will perform in Lubbock this summer.
On Friday, July 20th, Grammy winner Ricky Skaggs will perform at Lubbock's Cactus Theater. Skaggs, a recently named inductee into the County Music Hall of Fame, will perform at the historic Lubbock venue with his band, Kentucky Thunder.
