State Rep. Four Price (R-Amarillo) is running for re-election.
Price made the announcement this week in an interview with KGNC radio that he will seek a fifth term in the Texas House. The Amarillo Republican first won election to his District 87 seat in 2010, defeating Amarillo restaurateur Victor Leal in that year’s Republican primary and Democrat Abel Bosquez in the general election. Price was most recently re-elected to his job in 2018, topping Fritch city manager Drew Brassfield in the Republican primary.
No challengers have announced their bids against Price. Candidates can begin filing for spots on the ballot in November.
