Life is an amazing thing. It is filled with great times and triumphs, as well as disappointments and sorrow. Over the years, I have learned that life can be characterized in two different ways. The first is the way that you take it, and the other is what you make of it. There are people that often feel victimized, and sadly enough they carry that thought forward relating to everything.
On the other side, I have seen people that have had tough experiences and they never seem to let things get them down. Everything that they do is with a smile, and they always put forth a can do type of attitude. Those people are the lucky ones, the survivors.
As we move forward this holiday season, I will leave you with this: How many hours do you have totally in your life, and from this moment forward how many do you have left? How do you want to spend your remaining time? It takes very little to be happy, and it is easy to let unimportant things remain unimportant.
