Doyle Corder is the newest trustee for the Amarillo Independent School District.
Last week, Amarillo ISD trustees voted unanimously to name Southwest Church of Christ pastor Doyle Corder as the newest trustee on the school board. Corder replaces former AISD school board vice president Cristy Wilkinson, who recently resigned from her seat.
Corder will finish the unexpired term that lasts through May 2021. He will be eligible to run for a full term in that year’s election.
