Attorney Scott Flow is retiring from the Amarillo ISD Board of Trustees after serving a term on the board.
Flow, a local attorney, was elected to the Board of Trustees in 2015, winning an open spot on the board. Since being elected by voters in 2015, Flow was selected by his fellow trustees to serve as board president.
The departure of Flow leaves an open seat on the board. Incumbents Jim Austin and John Betancourt are running for re-election, facing six challengers.
