Republican U.S. House candidate Vance Snider has picked up another union endorsement in his bid to replace U.S. Rep. Mac Thornberry (R-Clarendon).
On Thursday, the Vance Snider campaign announced the endorsement by the Brotherhood of Railroad Signalmen. In a press release, the organization called Snider a “friend of labor” and said it will support Snider based on his “strong sense of solidarity and belief in the core mission of labor, to provide better jobs for all.”
This is Snider’s second endorsement by a union in his campaign. Snider has also received the endorsement of the SMART TD Transportation Union.
Snider is one of 15 Republicans running to replace Thornberry. Voters will decide this race on March 3.
