Former San Antonio Mayor and HUD Secretary Julian Castro has endorsed Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren for president in 2020.
The announcement was made by video on Monday, with Castro throwing his weight behind Warren after recently ending his presidential bid last week. In the video, Castro said he feels Warren will “fight like hell to make sure America's promise will be there for everyone.”
Castro and Warren had exchanged praise for one another before the Texan exited the presidential contest last week.
