Voters in Potter and Randall Counties have already cast over 42,000 in-person ballots early ahead of the 2020 general election.
According to numbers released by Wednesday, 42,577 voters have cast ballots in-person between both counties. Factoring in mail-in ballots, both counties are already reporting 49,246 ballots cast.
Randall County is leading the turnout race, with 28,780 ballots cast so far, versus 13,797 in-person ballots for Potter County. So far, the most popular polling place between both counties has been the Randall County Annex in Amarillo, where roughly 9,400 ballots have already been cast.
Early voting runs until October 30. Election Day is November 3.
