Amarillo Fire Department crews responded to a fire on North Taylor on Sunday night.

Responding units arrived on scene at 10:42PM to find heavy smoke coming from the structure. The Amarillo Fire Marshal’s Office was called to the scene to investigate the cause of the fire. The cause was undetermined, although AFD reports the fire was most likely caused by vagrants illegally occupying the building.
