Four Candidates Facing Off to Replace Collard on Groundwater Board

Four candidates are running to fill a vacancy left by Panhandle Groundwater Conservation District Precinct 9 Board Member Butch Collard’s retirement.

According to the Panhandle Groundwater Board, through Friday, four contenders filed applications to run for the seat being vacated by Collard on the PGCD Board. Collard represents Precinct 9 on the Board, which covers most of Potter County.

The candidates for the position are as follows:

  • Brian Walker

  • Lester Peterson

  • John Ryan Zimmer

  • Timothy Ingalls

Election Day is May 1.
