Submissions Now Being Accepted by Rep. Jackson for 2022 Congressional Art Competition

Representative Ronny Jackson’s office is accepting submissions from high school students in Texas’ 13th Congressional District to have their art displayed inside the US Capitol building for a year.

The competition is a part of the annual Congressional Art Competition, which began in 1982. Artwork must be two-dimensional, with maximum dimensions of 26 inches by 26 inches by 4 inches, including the frame. The piece (including frame) must weigh no more than 15 pounds.

The entry form for the competition can be found at this link, and the full competition rules (including a list of accepted mediums) can be found at Representative Jackson’s official website. Entries must be submitted by 5:00 pm on April 22nd.
