Early Vote Totals Up in Randall, Down in Potter

Both Potter and Randall have released the number of voters who turned out during the first day of early voting in the upcoming May 6th election. A total of 468 people showed up to vote early in Potter County, while 1,153 cast ballots in Randall.

Compared to two years ago, Randall County has seen an increase from 761 ballots cast on the first day of early voting in the 2021 election, while Potter County has seen a decrease from 538.

The most popular location in Randall County remained the Randall County Annex, with 771 votes being cast at that location. The Randall County Justice Center was a distant second place, with only 171 votes being cast there.

In Potter County, the most popular location was Casey Carpet One, with 147 votes cast on Monday. Coming in a close second place was the Santa Fe Building, with 141 votes being cast. Hillside Christian Church Northwest had been the most popular location in Potter County two years ago, though it is no longer a polling location.

Early voting continues through Friday, with additional opportunities available on Monday and Tuesday of next week. Election Day is next Saturday, May 6th.
