City of Amarillo Releases Juneteenth Service Schedule

The City of Amarillo will have modified service schedules on Monday, June 19th, in observance of Juneteenth.

Amarillo City Hall, all Amarillo Public Library, Amarillo Municipal Court, and all city landfill and brush sites will be closed on Monday, June 19th.

Residential solid waste routes will see Monday routes serviced on Tuesday and Tuesday routes serviced on Wednesday. Curbside collection will not be available Monday. For commercial solid waste customers, Monday routes will be serviced on Saturday, while Tuesday routes will be collected as normal.

Amarillo City Transit will operate on a Saturday schedule on Juneteenth. Ross Rogers and Comanche Trail Golf Complexes will normal hours of operation.

Early voting in the runoff election will not be available on Saturday, Sunday, or Monday. The last day of early voting will be Tuesday, June 20th. Election Day will be on Saturday, June 24th.
