The grand opening of the Pavilion at the Santa Fe Depot has been delayed by the City of Amarillo “to allow completion of construction.” The grand opening had originally been scheduled for Friday, June 30th.
The city has yet to finalize a new date for the grand opening.
The project was originally considered during a regular meeting of Amarillo City Council held on June 14th last year, though the council decided to nix the proposal in favor of a more expensive version during a special meeting held on June 17th.
