Crow, Hodges Win West Texas SREC Elections

West Texas and Panhandle delegates to the Republican Party of Texas Convention in San Antonio elected two members to the State Republican Executive Committee over the weekend.

For SREC Committeeman, delegates elected Brandon W. Hodges to serve as the new representative for the district, which includes 45 counties spanning from the Panhandle into far West Texas. Hodges, a Midland businessman and member of the Midland ISD School Board, defeated Edwin Greiner, a retired intellectual property lawyer, and Dan Rogers, the chairman of the Potter County Republican Party.

Meanwhile, for SREC Committeewoman, delegates re-elected Tisha Crow to another two year term on the party’s board of directors. Crow, an Odessa insurance broker and former Ector County Republican Party chair, defeated Mary Kay Phelan, a Republican chair from Hutchinson County.

Both Hodges and Crow will serve until the next RPT Convention in 2026.
