One of the three Republican nominees for the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals was in Amarillo on Friday, rallying support for her candidacy.
Gina Parker, the Republican nominee for Court of Criminal Appeals Place 7, stopped in Amarillo to greet voters at a reception at Dyer’s Bar-B-Que. Parker discussed her candidacy and why she believes she is the best fit for the job.

Parker is a criminal defense attorney from Waco. Fresh off her successful primary victory in March, Parker is gearing up to face Democrat Nancy Mulder and Libertarian Mark Ash in the general election. Parker is endorsed by former President Donald Trump and Attorney General Ken Paxton.
