Members of the Amarillo City Council will vote Tuesday on a deal to demolish the south parking lot of Amarillo City Hall.
During Tuesday's regularly scheduled City Council meeting, councilmembers will consider approving a $149,500 deal to demolish the south parking lot of Amarillo City Hall. The bid, from Holmes Construction, is an agreement to demolish the parking lot, landscape and underground utilities.
In addition, Council will consider approving the demolition and re-instillation of a concrete driveway on 5th Avenue, between the Embassy Suites hotel and the Globe News Center.
Tuesday's City Council meeting will be held on Tuesday, November 7th at 5pm at Amarillo City Hall (509 SE 7th Avenue).
