Visitors to the Amarillo Police Department website can now view an active map of crimes in Amarillo with the new Community Crime Map.
Over the weekend, the Amarillo Police Department launched the community crime map on its website. The map shows actions by law enforcement agencies detailing a wide variety of crimes and procedures in Amarillo. The map includes listings of homicides, motor vehicle thefts, burglaries, assaults and more police actions.
Other Amarillo agencies have also launched similar maps. The Potter County Sheriff's Office provides listings online and other law enforcement agencies also provide listings of actions.
