A motorcycle sought in connection to an aggravated assault case has been recovered by the Amarillo Police Department.
The Kawasaki motorcycle was sought as evidence in the case. It was highlighted as part of APD's Crime of the Week on March 21st.
On March 29th, APD officers were dispatched to a restaurant in the 4000 block of Southeast 10th Avenue on a report that the motorcycle was in the parking lot. The vehicle was found with no one around it.
The motorcycle was impounded as evidence. Justin McIntire was arrested and charged with aggravated assault against a public servant and evading arrest, in this case, according to APD.
