The Amarillo City Council is considering approving a half million dollar contract for office supplies on Tuesday night.
According to an agenda for Tuesday’s meeting, Councilmembers are approving a contract for office supplies for Navajo Office Supplies. The deal does not have a specific dollar amount attached, but City staff said in memos the contract’s cost would “not…exceed” $500,000.
Also, during Tuesday’s meeting, Councilmembers will consider voting to purchase medical supplies at a cost of $156,000, in addition to approving street and airport maintenance deals.
Councilmembers will meet on Tuesday, October 9th, in the Council Chambers of Amarillo City Hall (509 Southeast 7th Avenue). The meeting will begin at 1PM, following a noon public comment session.
