Three people sustained life-threatening injuries during a wreck on Wednesday.

On March 13th, at 1:09PM, Amarillo Police officers were dispatched to North Western and Hastings on the report of a motor vehicle collision. A 2013 Toyota minivan, driven by a 74-year-old female, had been westbound on Hastings, turning southbound onto North Western. A 2016 Land Rover SUV, driven by a 17-year-old male, was westbound on Western. The Land Rover struck the Toyota.

Both drivers and a juvenile passenger in the Land Rover were taken to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries. Speed is believed to have been a factor in this collision.
