U.S. House candidate Chris Ekstrom released a new television ad this week, taking aim at House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-California) and efforts to impeach President Donald Trump.
In the new 30-second ad, clips of Democrats speaking about removing President Trump are shown, followed by a narrator pledging that Ekstrom will vote to defeat Pelosi and support the Trump agenda. The advertisement is in line with past campaign pledges by Ekstrom to support Trump and his priorities in Washington.
Ekstrom is one of 15 Republicans running to replace U.S. Rep. Mac Thornberry (R-Clarendon) in 2020. Voters will decide this primary on March 3.
