The following Letter to the Editor was submitted by James R. Taylor
I write this letter to the editor today humbly asking my fellow young Republicans to join me in voting for the future and voting for Richard Herman for U.S. Congressman.
I voted for Marco Rubio for President in 2016 because as a young Republican, I believed in Rubio’s message of looking forward to the next generation. I completely believe we, as young Americans and future leaders of this country, must be willing to support candidates today who look toward the next generation and who believe America’s best days are ahead of us.
After watching several candidate forums and attending a few candidate events, I narrowed my choices down to a few people. When I go vote though, I will be punching the ticket for Herman. I was impressed with Herman’s recent speeches about the next generation of Americans and protecting the American dream. I want a Congressman who will support President Trump but who also will consider the next generation of Americans in their decisions. I believe of our choices, Herman is the right guy. Richard Herman is local, he is experienced, he is a Republican, he stands with President Trump, he cares about the next generation, and he will get the job done.
If you want a local guy who you can count on representing you in Congress, Herman is your man. I strongly encourage my fellow young Republicans to join with me in voting for tomorrow and voting Richard Herman for Congress.
