Republican congressional nominee Ronny Jackson spent Thursday in Hartley, touring a local dairy production facility.
According to the Jackson campaign, the Republican candidate toured the Agrivision Farm Management facility in Hartley. On the tour, Jackson said he gained insight about dairy industry issues which will be useful as a prospective congressman.
“Great facility that generates hundreds of jobs in #TX13. Gained a lot of valuable insight about important issues to the dairy industry including workforce development & USMCA,” Jackson’s campaign said.
Jackson is currently set to appear in the November general election for U.S. House District 13 against Democrat Gus Trujillo and Libertarian Jack B. Westbrook. Early voting in that contest begins October 13.
