U.S. Rep. Ronny Jackson (R-Amarillo) has been announced as a confirmed speaker for the 2024 Republican National Convention in Milwaukee.
According to an official list of speakers released by the Trump campaign, Jackson is set to be one of a number of congressional Republicans to address the RNC. Alongside Jackson, Texas Reps. Monica De La Cruz and Wesley Hunt will be speaking, as well as U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz. Gov. Greg Abbott is also scheduled to speak.
As of this reporting, there is no indication as to which day of the convention Jackson will be speaking.
This will be the first year that Jackson will be a speaker at the Republican National Convention. In 2020, Jackson attended Trump’s acceptance speech for the RNC in Washington, D.C., although he was not a speaker that year.
