APD Arrests One in June Case Involving Infant Death

According to the Amarillo Police Department, one person has been arrested in a June case involving the death of an infant.

According to APD, Special Crimes detectives obtained murder warrant #74282-Z for Shynequa Pollard, 23. The warrant was in relation to the June 30th homicide involving the death of a baby in the 1100 block of South Carolina.

Officers from the PACE unit arrested Pollard and she was booked into the Potter County Correction Center.
