City Council candidate Hayden Pedigo is making national headlines again with his bid for Amarillo City Council.
On Thursday, Rolling Stone magazine published an article detailing Pedigo’s campaign for the Amarillo City Council. Pedigo, a 24-year-old credit union supervisor and musician, told the magazine he decided to record his now famous campaign commercials after watching the 2012 film “Spring Breakers.” Pedigo’s videos of throwing a folding chair and measuring the sidewalk apparently started as a joke, but launched him into viability, as he begins his bid to unseat Place 1 Councilwoman Elaine Hays.
