Texas Railroad Commissioner Christi Craddick has drawn five opponents in the Republican primary, with four of the challengers having filed on the deadline.
The four challengers who have ballot applications that were received by the state party on the deadline are Petra Reyes, Christie Clark, Chris Corner, and Corey Howell.
James “Jim” Matlock is also running. According to the Republican Party of Texas, his application was received on December 7th.
The primary election is scheduled for Tuesday, March 5th.
